Happy New Year everyone!
To kick off National Organizing Month I have selected 5 fantastic ladies that are brave enough to take my 12 Week Organize Now Challenge. Each week these women will focus on getting one area of their life organized. They will share their triumphs and struggles on their blogs. Each Sunday I will post a link to their blog along with the “Featured Student of the Week” story (just like elementary school LOL). If you have a copy of Organize Now! a week-by-week guide to simplify your space and your life, I encourage you to follow along with these ladies. Feel free to post your own comments and photos under my weekly posts. I will also be answering any specific questions anyone may have.
Here are the chapters we will be covering:
Week 1: Organize Your Schedule
Week 2: Organize Your Kitchen Cupboards
Week 3: Organize Your Bedroom Closet
Week 4: Organize Your Routines (weeks 53 & 54 in book)
Week 5: Organize Your Papers/Files
Week 6: Organize Your Pantry
Week 7: Organize Your Entryway
Week 8: Organize Your Memorabilia
Week 9: Organize Your Medicine Cabinet
Week 10: Organize Your Refrigerator
Week 11: Organize Your Books, CDs and DVDs
Week 12: Organize Your Home Office
If you would like to commit to taking this challenge along with the rest of the ladies please introduce yourself below. You may also place the photo at the top of this post on your own website.

Awesome Brandy! I love the name of your blog
I checked it out and you are doing great. Please keep us updated by linking your newest post here every week. PS The small turntable (looks like a plate that rotates in circles) would work great in your medicine cabinet.
Excellent Sara! Did you tackle your schedule this week? Next is the kitchen
I’m in! I bought this book a long time ago, and was going to start going through it anyway!
Thank you, Jennifer! A challenge is just what I need to get my butt in gear and start organizing! I’m jumping in and joining the fun. I’m going to try blogging as well as a sort of journal of my success. If you have a chance, check it out: coffeecobwebs.blogspot.com.
Hi Jessica and welcome to the challenge! Organizing is a journey not a destination. To get organized you need to focus on ONE small area of your life at time and stay focused until completion. THEN, start the next area. That is why I designed the book the way I did. I have worked with sooo many people that feel the way you do and they end up self-sabatoging their progress bc they are more focused on what still needs to be done rather them being happy with the area they just finished…make sense? I encourage you to follow this challenge and only work on the area we are discussing for the entire week. Good luck and keep us posted.
Hi, my name is Jessica, I’m so excited about the 12 week challenge! I love to orginize I wish I had more time to do it. My problem is that I get so excited about it, I want to do it all at one time and then I get upset because I have to stop and get back to reality. : ) (Taking care of 3 kids and a husband)
Thanks for the challenge!
Welcome back Michelle…you can DO this! The more you comment with updates the more support you will get here (so use it your advantage)!
Hi Jennifer and ladies – looking forward to another attempt at organizing …I signed up for Jennifer and Brooke organizing boot camp last summer and fell off half way thru – then again in the fall – hopefully 3rd time is the charm
Michelle
Hi Trina and welcome from “down under”. I have ALWAYS wanted to visit…should I come help you organize? LOL Two sons in how many years? Many of the clients I work with are organized until they experience a major transition…for example having a baby. So this may be the perfect thing to help you get back on track
I would love to join the challenge! I am an Australian stay at home mum with 5 boys aged 1, 3, 7, 11 and 12. I’m not very organised by nature and am finding as my children get older I can get away with it less and less! When I found your book 2 years ago I made some significant steps forward, however after the birth of my last son things started to slip and I am only just starting now (this last week!) to reorgorganise my life – so this challenge comes at a perfect time, Thankyou
If you know anyone in your life that is struggling with clutter please let them know they are still welcome to join this challenge. Fee free to post it on the Facebook and Twitter …the more the merrier!

Hi Anne! Happy New Year. Thank you for the kind words…happy to have you on this challenge. Be sure to comment in weekly with your progress. This will be a little different then the paid challenges you have done with me on Facebook but still helpful!
Awesome June! We are happy to have you. Please keep us posted on your progress and if you ever need a pep talk let us know that too
Jennifer, I love your challenges and your books. They are fantastic!!! I will be following the 12 Week Organize Now Challenge and will commit to do my best in taking this challenge along with the ladies. To introduce myself, my name is Anne and I have 3 children at home. Ages 4, 5 and 11. We face various learning issues and health challenges. Our older son is in the Navy and just got back from serving in the Middle East on the USS Enterprise. I’ve been participating in Jennifer’s and Grace’s challenges. Their challenges have helped me immensely and the ladies who participate are so motivating and supportive. I’d recommend participating in these challenges to anyone who hasn’t tried them yet. The challenges are well worth the money spent. My 2013 New Year’s resolution is to go into high gear and overcome my organizational challenges once and for all. I’m excited about this challenge. I have the book and am ready to start. –Anne

If it isn’t too late, I would LOVE to be a part of this challenge. I just Organized Now and I am really enjoying it!!
Thanks!!
Hi
I am married with 2 cats and live in Scotland. I would like to become more routine in my decluttering especially as one of my cats recently ate the string that the Christmas cards are hung on and was very poorly indeed. Although I have no children, pussycats are just as demanding! I want to make sure they live in a safe environment and that me and hubby can have an easier stress free life around the home by finding things amongst our busy lives!
Hi, my name is Martyn and I have collected quite a bit of clutter over the years. Some of it is in boxes and I feel my biggest challenge is paper clutter. Looking forward to working along with the group!
