Eliza is 25 years old, born and raised in Charlotte NC. After graduating from Appalachian State University, Eliza studied to become a certified personal trainer. Spending two years in Scottsdale AZ, she realized she wanted to pursue her passions for health and wellness full-time. Currently residing in Charleston, SC, Eliza individually trains clients and customizes meal and workout plans for weight loss, muscle gain, and lifestyle maintenance!

After a back injury, Eliza made it her mission to educate and promote the healthiest lifestyle possible starting from the inside out! through individual nutrition, intuition, and movement.
