Eliza is 25 years old, born and raised in Charlotte NC. After graduating from Appalachian State University, Eliza studied to become a certified personal trainer. Spending two years in Scottsdale AZ, she realized she wanted to pursue her passions for health and wellness full time. Currently residing in Charleston, SC, Eliza individually trains clients and customizes meal and workout plans for weight loss, muscle gain, and lifestyle maintenance!

After a back injury, Eliza made it her mission to educate and promote the healthiest lifestyle possible starting from the inside out! through individual nutrition, intuition, and movement.
